Well, I wrote the one person I thought would know about the legalities of setting up a thing (what would it be..foundation? charity?) to collect money for Hot Lake's restoration. Problem is? Owner could care less.

So, maybe it should be...so I can buy it and restore it.

What's the legalities for that?
