To update on the computer, I did (with the help of a friend) what I thought would work, and it didn't. So, being completely out of ideas, I gave the computer back along with a ton of very heartfelt apologies.

I feel bad. I feel bad and I couldn't fix it.I feel bad, couldn't fix it, and they paid me anyway. This has got to be some sort of sin.
